Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised Dedeman on the largest office transaction in Romania

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații advised Dedeman on the acquisition of AFI Business Park 1-3 office buildings in Bucharest, with an option to acquire the 4th and 5th buildings as well. This is considered by specialists the largest deal on the Romanian office building market so far.

Dedeman is the leading company in the Romanian DIY retail market, with 45 stores.
