Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații assisted its longstanding client Auchan on the acquisition of OK Supermarket network composed of three stores located in Bucharest and nearby.

PNSA team led by Deputy Managing Partner Bogdan C. Stoica, along with Managing Associate Andreea Hulub, also included Managing Associates Camelia Constantin and Ioana Dumitru, as well as Associates Claudia Salomia and Dragoș Iamandoiu.
