Incom-Vranco merges with Euro Conf Industrial
PNSA advised Incom-Vranco on the merger by absorption with Euro Conf Industrial. The two factories produce clothing items in Focsani for the Italian fashion group Incom, but also for well-known brands such as Max Mara, Valentino, Prada, etc. The consolidated company integrates approximately 1,400 shareholders and 615 employees.
