PNSA advised Banque Banorient France SA Romania Branch on a new real estate financing

PNSA advised Banque Banorient France SA Romania Branch on a EUR 22m financing granted to a strategic real estate developer for refinancing of outstanding banking facilities availed by third party banks and assisting in their working capital needs and reimbursement of shareholders' loans.
