Brain Hospital takes over the neurosurgical business of Monza Hospital

PNSA advised Brain Hospital, a leading player in the field of neurosurgical services in Romania, on the acquisition of the neuro, ortho, ORL and general surgery, as well as the ambulatory business from Monza Hospital.
