Filip & Company Advises ING Bank and Raiffeisen Bank on EUR 70 Million Financing for La Fantana

ROMANIA
Filip & Company has advised ING Bank Romania, ING Bank N.V., and Raiffeisen Bank S.A. on a EUR 70 million financing for the La Fantana group with ING Bank Romania as the lead mandated arranger, bookrunner, coordinator, and initial lender, Raiffeisen Bank S.A. as the initial lender, and ING Bank N.V. as the agent and security agent.

According to Filip & Company, the transaction was structured as a senior facilities agreement to support the group's current operations and ongoing development.
The Filip & Company team included Partner Alexandra Manciulea, Counsel Rebecca Marina, Senior Associate Camelia Iantuc, and Associates Raluca Bita and Sandra Danciu.
