Expertise

Vicențiu Dine's practice covers litigation, with focus on public procurement and construction disputes. He has been involved in numerous rail and road infrastructure procurement disputes. He has a strong background in competition law disputes, while being also experienced in civil and commercial litigation, including international commercial arbitration disputes or defamation litigation.

Education

Vicențiu Dine completed a double bachelor's degree in Romanian and French law, with the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Business Law) and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne, France (Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Business Law). He has been an intern at the French Constitutional Council and the European Court of Justice.

Vicențiu Dine is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
