Medicover acquires Phoenix Medical Center

PNSA advised its long-standing client Medicover, the leading private healthcare chain, on the acquisition of Phoenix Medical Center, which has a network of eight medical centers in SW Romania.

This is the third significant transaction in which PNSA assisted Medicover in 2018, following the acquisition of Pelican Hospital and the acquisition of Academica Medical Centers.
