Silviu Stoica is a partner with a broad corporate, commercial, M&A and TMT practice. He advises the most active investments funds in Romania, as well as US corporations and local entrepreneurs on their investments and operations. Silviu is also regularly advising IT companies in a variety of technology related matters.

Education

Silviu Stoica holds a Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association. He attended US Legal Methods – Introduction to US Law, Institute for US Law in Washington, DC and International Development Law Organization Development Lawyers Course (DLC-20E) in Rome.
