Oresa sales RTC Proffice to Altex

Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații assisted its long-standing client Swedish investment fund Oresa on the sale of its subsidiary RTC Proffice Experience, a leading stationery and office supplies company, to IT&C producer and wholesaler Complet Electro Serv, a company owned by Altex group.
