PNSA acts as sole legal advisor for Romanian swimming superstar David Popovici
PNSA proudly acts as special advisor for the Romanian swimming superstar David Popovici, the current and one of the youngest ever holder of the world record in the long course 100-metre freestyle, being also the world champion for men 100m and 200m freestyle.
